delta.ai is a new technology to predict real-life behavior from self-report, using
data and artificial intelligence
A person describes his/her behavior in a self-report questionnaire.
A person's responses are compared with a database of 15,000 employees from a diverse set of companies.
AI algorithms predict what is the most likely competency score for this person by comparing him to an employee sample with same response pattern.
Each of employees in the database was rated on competencies by their managers and colleagues.
delta.ai assesses meta-competencies of DCM universal framework, developed by ECOPSY with data on 80 000 employees from dozens of organizations
Each meta-competency consists of a set of lower-level competencies.

Basic delta.ai report provides scores on 33 competencies with individual strengths and development zones highlighted.
You can also customize delta.ai to assess your corporate competency model. In this case a total score will be present to identify whether participant fits with model requirement in general. Total scores supports clear and simple decision-making policies for filtering out – for example, to filter out candidates who doesn't match with competency requirements.
